Breakfast Idea: Bread and Omelette

One reason why I love having bread in the refrigerator  is that it helps me make quick breakfast  whenever I have troubles thinking of what to cook.

I can easily spread avocado on a slice of bread or make omelette. This is really filling.



Like noodles, this is one of the quickest meal one can prepare on the run.


1 sachet of spaghetti

1 large ball of onion

Fresh tomatoes 60% blender

Fresh blender pepper

1 maggi knorr cube

Salt to taste

3 medium sized carrots

1 cup green beans

10cl Vegetable oil


Boil your spaghetti for about 20 minutes and sieve the water out. 

Wash your onions, tomatoes and pepper before blending or chopped

Dry your frying pan and heat up your vegetable oil, fry your diced onion, green beans and chopped tomatoes and pepper,add maggi and salt to taste

Turn your boiled spaghetti into the fried sauce and stir properly and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes

Best serve hot with a chilled juice of your choice.

 Today, majority of the working class prefer to consume breakfast cereal as it is easy to prepare and requires considerably lesser time to consume. Breakfast cereals include oats, corn flakes and other similar products.
