Cut the rinds off the watermelons.
Slice into smaller chunks and measure out 2 cups. Some people choose to pick out the watermelon seeds.
Put ingredients into a blender and blend on “ice chop” setting until blended. When it is done, it should be very smooth and have almost no chunks. If you don’t have an “ice chop” sitting on your blender, it is perfectly fine. You can add ice cubes once served in a glass cup.
Pour the watermelon mixture through a sieve and into a saucepan. Press down on the watermelon using a wooden spoon to release the most juice.
Mix the juice with sugar. Pour into tall glasses and serve right away. You can even slice a piece of watermelon and stick it on the top of the glass.
